I. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chairman Joan DiLillo called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

II. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES
Acceptance of Minutes of Meeting of December 15, 2008
Motion to accept the minutes of the meeting of December 15, 2008: Richard Flynn

III. TOWN PLANNER’S REPORT
Hanson Trails Committee
Town Planner Noreen O’Toole said that the Trails Committee would resume meeting in the Spring.
Zoning Bylaw Committee
Ms. O’Toole said that the committee has not met because the chairman is on vacation. She said that she and committee member David Bonney would be going to Hull the first week in February to talk to town officials about their windmills.
Old Colony Planning Council Joint Transportation Committee
Ms. O’Toole said that the next meeting of the Old Colony Planning Council Joint Transportation Committee is scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2009 at noon.
Other Matters
Ms. O’Toole said that department budget for 2010 had been cut by $275.
Ms. O’Toole gave members the most recent copy of revisions to the town’s subdivision rules and regulations for their review prior to a meeting in three to four weeks with their engineer.

The Board set its next meeting date for Monday, February 9, 2009 at 7:30 p.m.
Updated Engineering Costs
Board members took home for review an updated copy of subdivision engineering costs.
VI. OLD BUSINESS
Quail Estates, off East Washington Street
Hearing set for March 2, 2009
Board members noted that a hearing had been scheduled for Monday, March 2, 2009 at 8 pm. for a proposed subdivision off East Washington Street entitled Quail Estates.
